It was a great show and a great time, I think we each sold several pieces and we did some super cool collaborative T-shirts. I would love to re-release those T-shirts not sure who has the original art for that!

Yet another example of how Poor Al brings people together! Love and respect brother!

I was getting my masters in fine arts at UCSD at the time - and that experience in academia was so unnerving, it pushed me away from art for over a decade. I think I just needed a little time to reflect.

Happy to say that all of these artists are doing well today as far as I know. Poor Al is a successful and respected video game designer, while committed to his other artistic pursuits, Alex Pardee never fails in blowing my mind with his  happily grotesque characters and Robert Bowen's new more practical fusion of the biological and mechanical worlds is like the art of engineering.
